I found the rooms spacious and modern. the staff were helpful and cute. the spotlessly clean premises really stood out. blind tiger is a lovely venue for evening cocktails and entertainment. I enjoyed it very much.
the reception seemed to pressure clients to pay in advance for all kinds of services, which i found unacceptable for this level of hotel. i think the management should reconsider this practice.

I found the staff attentive. They anticipated needs before i even voiced them. ismail at the adults-only pool greeted everyone with a smile and provided excellent service throughout the day. the housekeeping team deserves special mention for keeping everything super clean.

The ocean view club superior offered excellent club benefits and beach access, i found the inclusion of wild wadi waterpark(TM) access a definite plus. the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I appreciated this thoughtful design. the valet staff provided a warm welcome. I noted their efficiency.
the air conditioning was not very effective ! it was quite hot.
